About Me
Hi, I’m Carla
Thanks for coming and checking out Fuller Coaching.
I know there are times when we can all feel stuck and lost within ourselves. This can be overwhelming. You may feel like everything is spinning out of control. I’ve been there and I get it. I remember reading this quote for the first time.
“The most important relationship in your life,
is the relationship you have with yourself”
When I read this it spoke to me in so many ways. I realised I didn’t have a positive relationship with myself, and didn’t in all honesty really know who I was anymore. This was when I started to work with a coach (yes, I still go to a coach myself, as I know how powerful it is) and began my own personal journey of getting to know myself and who I am.
I began to work on building my confidence and truly believing in and loving myself inside and out. Through this work I now trust the decisions I make without looking for validation. I no longer compare my life to that of others. I now look in the mirror and feel happy at the person staring back at me.
You deserve to feel the same. To trust yourself and feel confident, both in who you are as a person and the choices you make. You deserve to grow and become the person you want to be. To feel alive, fulfilled and unstoppable, progressing your life in the direction you want to go.
I want everyone to be able to overcome whatever it is that is holding them back, and truly start believing in themselves.
believe everyone should truly believe in who they are, this drives my work. How we feel about ourselves inside and out has a massive affect on our life and our relationships. I’m passionate about helping you to realise your personal potential.
I’m in your corner and I can be with you every step of the way.
From the small steps to the big ones. I will help you dig deep and support you.
So, a little bit more about me…
I’m a child of the 80’s. I was born and raised on a farm in the Scottish Borders, though I now in live in Glasgow and have done for over 20 years. As a kid you would find me covered in mud and playing with the dogs and cats. Then as a teenager all I wanted to do was move to the big city. I remember the first time I came to Glasgow, the energy the city had was unreal, it charged through my body and I felt so alive. At my heart though still lies the country - I love the calm peacefulness, I’m a real mix of both.
I studied Fine Art to Masters level and have had an exciting career over the last 15 years in the art world - exhibiting in galleries around the world from New York to Japan to Berlin. I have also worked in arts education for over 14 years, helping young people develop their personal skills and confidence. I have used art as a tool to help people feel more confident and realise their potential in both their work and life.
I now also have a family, 2 wee ones and so life can be chaotic and messy at times but always full of adventure.
