“I started sessions with Carla when I was at a real crossroads in life. The year previous I’d gone through some massive changes including being made redundant, the breakdown of my marriage, the death of my dog and eye surgery, all in the space of a month. I’d been for counselling at the time but felt that I’d now moved past the worst of the change and was ready to start moving forward instead of looking back. I wasn’t sure where to turn but felt I was lacking direction, focus and the strength to make the next move. Carla’s sessions came at just the right time to help guide me in the right direction and help me make some big life decisions as well as supporting me through these.

Carla is approachable, friendly, positive and encouraging and I felt entirely comfortable talking to her about my issues. Sometimes just having someone to talk to allowed me to find the right path and through various techniques I was able to set goals and also stick to them. I would arrive feeling confused and full of self doubt and leave with a clear mind, a plan and feeling confident.

One of my main dreams in life was to move to Berlin and through my sessions with Carla I was able to make a plan, set goals and I’m now moving to Berlin in a month’s time! I’m so grateful for the fact Carla was recommended to me as it’s changed my life!”

“We wanted to gently push everyone out with their comfort zones and Laughing Yoga certainly did that! Carla’s infectious enthusiasm and positivity helped even the most reticent people come out of their shells and ensured our team day was one of the most positive and up beat yet.

Carla is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional, I can’t recommend her highly enough.”

“Education Services provide employability and transition support to young people facing multiple barriers, Glasgow have implemented a multi-disciplinary team who have responsibility for developing tailored transition plans for every young person referred to the service.

As part of Glasgows wellbeing strategy officers offered frontline staff the opportunity to participate in 3 wellbeing workshops, Carla was invited to develop a one of the well being workshops, focussing on mindfulness. Carla developed a workshop to the brief provided. The workshops were well received with staffing providing positive feedback. Carla delivered a professional service, creating a safe nurturing environment for staff to develop different strategies that would help them in their everyday working and personal life. I would highly recommend Carla.”

“I always looked forward to my life coaching sessions with Carla. She put me at ease and asked the right questions to allow me to unpick my behaviours, and to discover my values and priorities. I now feel stronger and more confident than ever before to work towards my goals and to create the life that I want.”

Sophia, Service Designer

“Carla was great to work with. She listened to me and helped me work through some of my habits and schedules. She encouraged me gently but it felt that I was coming up with my own solutions through open dialogue and specific targeted questions.

I would highly recommend booking one to one life coaching sessions with Carla. She is warm and friendly as well as focused and engaged.”

“Carla hosted our staff development day extremely well, in manner that made everyone feel at ease. She got us all involved in very helpful reflective activities that made me feel happy afterwards. Loved her collaborative art activity at the end. All round just an amazing day that enabled all staff to have the much needed time out from the stresses of work.”
